Hydrogen Generator/Electrolyzer installed on a 1991 Ford Truck

This video shows a hho generator on a 1991 ford f150 with a 5.0L V8. The hydrogen Generator also called an "electrolyzer" is made it out of a 1 quart glass mayonnaise jar with a plastic cap. It has two 6 inch stainless steel bolts bolted to the cap, wired up to a fuse box under the hood, and is wired to a 30 Amp switch under the dash that is used to turn it on/off. According to the maker of this video, It makes plenty of hydrogen and oxygen which is plumbed into the manifold vacuum on the intake. Many people have claimed much better gas mileage with units like these provided other simple electronic modifications are also done.

I personally have recently purchased several different sets of instructions for building a hydrogen generator/electrolyzer. One set of plans uses a glass mason jar and the other 2 sets recommend using PVC for the Electrolyzer.

Neither one is perfect because the PVC is not that heat resistant and the glass jar scares me a bit because well....its glass.

I want to be able to see the bubbling action happening inside the unit and also want to know if the solution is getting dirty.

So I guess my only option will be to build a guard around the glass jar for the first one I build.
