Don’t use glass containers. Stainless Steel flat stock, stainless steel threaded rod, pvc rod, pvc nuts, stainless steel food cups. That is pretty much the materials list for building this design of hho generator. Some minor revisions are made after discovering that the spacing is not enough to prevent a short. More pvc washers can be used to give more spacing. Stainless steel flat stock will be tig welded to the stainless measuring cups to provide an attach point for the stainless steel 1/4" by 20 threaded rod. Stainless steel Flat stock with drilled holes has been tig welded to the stainless cups. Stainless steel cups with tig welded tangs are assembled with several pvc washers in between as spacers. The stainless threaded rod and stainless nuts are in place and the pvc rod with pvc nuts and washers holds the assembly of stainless cups together. A battery charger is used to power the hydrogen generator and a small torch is used to light the hho bubbles. 20 amps draw gets good hho production.Lots of hho gas is produced with this stainless steel measuring cup hydrogen generator design.Use pvc for a container…don’t use glass containers.
