A ball mason jar is used to make a high output hho hydrogen generator conversion unit that draws low amps with stainless steel plates and the standard metal top with insulators.

The maker of this video states that the metal lid is convenient for refills but he went 100 miles without changing the water level at all. He installed the hho generator in a good place, right next to the K&N aftermarket air filter where there will be plenty of air flow to keep it cool.

This hydrogen generator only draws less than 2 amps. I am not sure that is possible but if it is true, that is great. The goal in making these electrolyzers is to wind up with a high output hho generator. Low amps is also a main concern. You dont want to be drawing 30 or 40 amps like some of them do, that would kill alternators.

The maker also says that his design uses a double cell design which means 2 sets of small stainless plates instead of one bank of plates that interact with each other. He says this one is a high output hho generator that draws low amps.

Does that surprise you? It shouldn't. HHO is hydrogen gas and oxygen mixed together . Anytime you add oxygen to a fuel gas, it is very volatile. That is what makes it work.

There is a ton of energy in hho just waiting to be released. When mixed with your air fuel mixture and sent thru your cars engine, Hydrogen increases the available energy to a point that everything burns more efficiently and that translates in better gas mileage, and cleaner emissions.

Lets think about using something other than glass to make these hydrogen electrolyzers. The reason people use glass mason jars to make hho generators is simple, they are cheap, they don't melt if they get hot, they are see thru so its easy to tell whats going on, and they are readily available. But there has got to be a better material than a glass jar.

Another thing,,,if you decide to make a hho generator, don't forget to add the circuit that lets your cars computer compensate for the added oxygen to the fuel mixture.
